I have been involved in the opening and management of luxury hotels both in Japan and overseas, and the opening and management of numerous restaurants for about 30 years.
I am grateful for all the experiences, results, and connections I have had up until now, and I started my own company to give back to the hotel and food and beverage industry. My main business is developing hotel and restaurant concepts, supporting the management of reconstructions, and advising on improving hotel quality.
I also introduce great products to great hotels and fine dining restaurants, and introduce and support Japanese food and beverage brands to overseas clients.
GNO Dining Co., Ltd. can handle everything in the hotel and food and beverage industry from A to Z.
We are passionate about every project, and our greatest joy is sharing time with you and achieving results.

CONCEPT
GNO is an acronym for “(G)giri”, “(N)ninjou” and “(O)ongaeshi”.
“(G)giri”
Giri means “the right way to do things. It is also the right path to follow as a human being.”
In English, it means “have to”. In order to be a right person, we must follow our obligations.
If we value obligations, what kind of reaction will we get from those around us? We believe that it is a shortcut to being trusted by others.
We want to be employees who are trusted by customers, and a company that is trusted by employees and related companies.
“(N)ninjou”
Ninjou means “a heart of compassion and mercy towards people”.
In English, it means “want to” based on affection.
Kindness is not done with a view to profit or loss, so it can create trust.
We will build a relationship of trust between customers and employees, and between employees, related companies and the company.
“(O)ongaeshi”
Giri means “repaying the favor you have received”.
Repaying kindness and showing compassion to others is, in a sense, a one-way relationship.
Even if you show kindness and compassion to others, it is often not reciprocated.
It is a difficult word to express in English, but it is “repaying for kindness.”
Returning a favor means that communication has been established.
We will build good relationships with our customers, employees, and related companies and do business with them.
Expressing GNO in our dining room is our “philosophy,” “motto,” and “mission.”
We aim to be a company that practices GNO in our dining room and passionately brings happiness to our customers, employees, and related companies.
